Job Title : Medical Scribe (Part-time, 0.4 FTE)
Job Summary :
The part-time (0.4 FTE) Medical Scribe is responsible for the transcription of provider services, along with accurate and complete record keeping in the patient medical record for each patient receiving services in the clinic.
The Medical Office Scribe works to facilitate patient flow and ensures seamless delivery of care for each patient. This position will scribe for Dr. Jonathan Bravman.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepares and assembles medical record documentation, results, and charts for provider.
- Accompanies provider into the patient examination room to accurately transcribe.
- Patient history and physical exam.
- Procedures and treatments performed by healthcare professionals, including those performed by nurses and medical assistants.
- Pend orders.
- Patient education and explanation of risk and benefits.
- Accurately documents the physician’s encounter with the patient and others present.
Work Location :
Onsite this role is expected to work onsite and is located in Denver, CO and Boulder, CO.
